Summer Fruit
Strawberries. Drop sweet nectar on our thoughts,
For us to think in the cherry cream of iris clouds,
Puffy and welcoming everywhere you look, every time,
You look me in the eyes.
The rain washes away the grape jelly of our skins,
And the cherries. The strawberries of the dew beads,
Spread along our feet coating our empty souls fully.
Ready to dine with happiness of apples and pears,
As we prance around the orchard trees. This world,
Can never get old, with you here with me.
The sun gives way, and the sweetness of us stays,
Blushing roses upon our young cheeks. soft hands,
